Configuring Slack Integration
From your main Slack Menu, click the down arrow and select Configure Integrations.
Scroll down until you see the section heading entitled DIY Integrations and Customizations, then select Incoming Webhook Integration and click ‘Add.’
Once on the Webhook screen, you’ll be asked to select a channel for messages to post to. In the example, I created a channel called #customer-support. However, what you select here can be overridden when you configure your RestComm app, so just pick a default channel.
Then you’ll click the Add Webhook Integration button and go to the next screen. You’ll see something like this:
Copy the Webhook URL and paste it into the Slack Url configuration parameter in your Restcomm App.
