The Value of OPO

Over the last few weeks I have realized how valuable other people’s opinions are, and furthermore how valuable collaboration is.  This is not a universal truth.  Glenn Beck and Bill O’Reilly have lots of opinions, but I am not sure how valuable those opinions are.

Sometimes you need people around to answer your questions.  Sometimes you need people around to tell you that your ideas are stupid, or great, or somewhere in between.  I read something in an article last night that rang true:  Innovation velocity is dependent on collaboration.

Makes a lot of sense to me.
