The Daily Stoic

Quite fashionable these days to be a consumer of Stoic philosophy, but I think the reason for that is that Stoicism offers a particularly refreshing point of view that’s in stark contrast to modern society. Given how old Stoicism is, I guess this has likely always been true.

I read the daily meditations from this book every morning as a part of my morning reading time. It’s remarkable how many times it’s exactly what I need to hear.
